Hardware adopts dedicated DDS digital high-speed scanning technology (USA), which can accurately diagnose the faults like winding distorted, bulged, shift, tilt, inter-turn short-circuit deformation and inter-phase contact short-circuit.
High-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling (in field test, move tap changer, and the wave curve shows obvious changes).
Signal output amplitude is adjusted by software, and the peak value of amplitude is ± 10V.
The computer will automatically analyze the test results and generate electronic documents (Word).
The instrument has dual measurement features: linear frequency scanning measurement and segment frequency scanning measurement, compatible with measurement mode of two technical groups in China.
The amplitude-frequency characteristics are in line with the national technical specifications on amplitude-frequency characteristics tester. X-coordinate (frequency) has linear indexing and logarithmic indexing, so the user can print out the curve with linear indexing and logarithmic indexing. Application Features

The transformer winding deformation tester is composed of a measurement part and an analysis software part. The measurement part is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, and is composed of signal generation and signal measurement. The measurement part uses a USB interface to connect with a tablet or laptop.
In the test process, only the connection bus of the transformer needs to be removed, and all tests can be completed without hanging the cover and disassembling the transformer.
The instrument has a variety of frequency linear frequency sweep measurement system measurement functions, the linear frequency sweep measurement scan frequency is up to 10MHz, the frequency scan interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz and 1kHz, to provide more analysis of the transformer deformation.

Provide historical curve comparison analysis, can load multiple historical curve observations at the same time, can specifically select any curve for horizontal and vertical analysis. Equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the state of the transformer windings, load 6 curves at the same time, and automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, automatically diagnose the deformation of the windings, and give a diagnosis reference conclusion.
Powerful software management function, fully considering the needs of on-site use, and automatically saves the environmental condition parameters to provide a basis for transformer winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is automatically saved and has a color printing function, which is convenient for users to issue test reports.
The software has obvious user-friendly features. Most of the measurement conditions are optional items. The detailed parameters of the transformer can be saved for diagnosis reference, and there is no need to enter on-site, and user can add and modify information later, which is more convenient to use.
The software has a high degree of intelligence. After the input and output signals are connected and the condition parameters are set, all measurement tasks can be completed, and the historical waveform curve can be opened in the measurement at any time for comparative observation and stop measurement.
The time required for each phase measurement is less than 60 seconds. The total time for winding deformation measurement of a power transformer with high, medium and low windings (capacity and voltage level is not limited) is less than 10 minutes.
When measuring the transformer, the wiring personnel can arbitrarily lay out the signal input and output leads, which has no effect on the measurement results. The wiring personnel can stay on the transformer tank without having to come down, reducing labor intensity.
